    This book transcends all cultural boundaries, providing pertinent information on employee motivation for anyone in teaching, retail, or healthcare. It´s all about developing solid relationships to achieve a win-win situation between client and service provider.

    Great advice with a personal touch!

    How many of these kinds of books are in the market? Loads probably. But something about the title made me stop and think. Glad I did. Really puts service into perspective- with so many easy and workable pieces of advice to you both as an individual but also as a retailer. The real examples add a personal touch too. I’ll be sharing so much of this with my team.
