Honey – I shrunk the customers…
Retailers spend fortunes on brand building. Why? To attract and keep customers, but all too often, once a customer is actually in the store, their experience is so unsatisfactory, and consequently the chances of them returning so reduced, that you might as well have saved the money and effort building the brand and gone down the pub instead.
So what was wrong with their in-store experience? “Inadequate Customer Service”.
