Johnson’s increased their loyalty scheme from 26% to 68% in the North West Region of 200 stores. Energize designed and delivered a programme that targetting the increase of the Johnson’s loyalty scheme with great success.The Energize programme far exceeded our hopes. We needed to drive our customer loyalty scheme through more effective front line behaviour from our store teams and “Living our cusotmer First” was just the ticket.
