The customer service programme delivered by Energize had a positive impact on conversion rate in store.

Initially increasing the regional average from 9% to 14%, the rate eventually settled at 12%

This increase in conversion equated to an increase of £200,000 per store per annum.

The management community actively supported the programme in stores working to keep it alive through role modelling the behaviours and coaching the staff.
