Meet the Team

Steve Harris
Founder and Managing Partner

Steve is the founder and managing partner of Energize. He established it in 2000, after developing a unique method to help front line retail managers and their teams engage consistently and effectively with their customers. This has lead to significant increases in sales, conversion and average spend. Steve is a dynamic trainer and coach with the ability to engage and inspire those he works with. He has real enthusiasm for developing the skills and capabilities of others and has brought his expertise and experience to many leading brands in the UK and Europe.

Prior to setting up Energize, Steve spent twenty years working in senior management, operations and merchandising within retail, where he held a variety of senior positions including Retail Director with The Body Shop UK. Steve has a passionate and enthusiastic delivery style and clients working with him will benefit from increased motivation and belief in their ability to succeed.
