The “Living our Customer First” programme was delivered into flagship stores in the South West and the Midlands.
Prior to the training the stores were performing below average for their size and location. Immediately after the Energize Customer Service Training, sales performance rose to the upper quartile.
Additionally, their mystery shop scores were reported as the highest in the company.
